Yesterday was a fun filled day full of chopping, peeling, weighing, portioning, etc. Gotta love meal prep Sunday! Today begins the 5 day clean eating challenge that I’m hosting with 16 other people 🙂 Looking forward to feeling healthy and recharged. … To Be Continued!
I am going to attempt to get this blog kicked off – so here it goes. My name is Laura Davanzo. I am a wife, stay at home Mom to two boys, a health & fitness enthusiast & a new Independent Team Beachbody Coach.
My life isn’t the most exciting, at one time it was but 2 kids will have a tendency to calm you down a bit! I like to call myself the C.O.O (Chief Operations Officer) of the Davanzo house; without me, it would be a mess lol. I stay at home with a 2 year old and a 9 month old, play with them, feed them, clean, do laundry and for 25 minutes a day I work out (that was my “me” time) and repeat the process all over daily. That was pretty much it; until recently, I decided to take on a new venture becoming a Coach.
I know what you are thinking, why starting Coaching? I actually had someone ask me “Why would you want to do that?” The answer was simple. I know it works because I did it. After my first son, I had 25lbs to lose, so I started doing a program called Focus T25 to try to shed that baby weight. Well, I developed a love for the program and it helped my lose 20lbs in 8 months! Then I got pregnant again with my second son, after having him I had 25lbs to lose to be at my pre-pregnancy weight and 30lbs to be at my “Goal” weight. I started T25 again & I after 7 months (& counting) I am down 30lbs & have reached my goal.
It’s nerve wracking to put myself out there but I want to help others achieve their goals & I truely believe that I can motivate others to be their best selves.
I am simple but I feel like I am like many other Moms out there! If I can help anyone on this journey that I am taking, I consider that a win. So follow me & let’s get this started.
